My Versa 2 doesn’t respond to touch or the button doesn’t work. It says setup wallet

What do I do to get my versa 2 off of the set up wallet screen when it doesn’t respond to touch or the button on the side

Hi, @Mikeswatch! Have you tried restarting it? Hold the button down for about 10 seconds until you feel a vibration.

The button doesn’t work it’s just stuck on that screen. Talked to technical support last night and they couldn’t help me either. Gave me $30.00 discount for a new phone

Tapping the button should also bring the display back to the clock.

This happens all the time to me. The only way I have been able to fix it is to let it go completely dead then charge it and it's fine.  Don't know why it happens but it's really irritating.
