My Versa 2 is not actually syncing

For the last two days, my versa 2 says that it's synching, but it's not really. I get current heartrate info, but there is no graph for today at all, and most of yesterday is un-connected data points. I've not gotten sleep tracking data for 2 days, nor am I getting any health metrics. My fitbit display says its at 80%, but the app says the device has a full battery.

This started after charging the fitbit on Friday.

The fitbit is on the same wrist it is always on, and is worn with the same tightness.

I have tried: rebooting the fitbit, rebooting the phone. Removing the Bluetooth connection and reconnecting. Unpairing the fitbit from within the app and reconnecting. I've checked that location access is enabled.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kezzysarus.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

Our team has just released a new version of the Fitbit app 3.41 for iOS and Android devices. For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

If you don't have any option to update, you should be able to do it over the next days. Please be aware this is a progressive rollout which means everyone will receive it at different stages.

Hope this helps.
