It's a common issue and Fitbit support will just have you run around in circles before filing a warranty claim. Don't waste your time and return the watch ASAP. Mine lasted about a month and I wasted at least 5 hours of my time on this forum and with Fitbit support before I was told my watch is a dud and not covered by warranty.
Best AnswerTry hard reset by the buttons. If it’s unable boot still after, return it to the manufacturers.
Hold all 3 buttons for about 15 seconds, until the Fitbit logo appears.
