I'm now on my second Versa. I've returned the first one because the battery went from 100% full to 0 in 43 hours. Nowhere near the 4+ days it is supposed to last. That is with all day sync off, no music, and a fitbit clock face. Now, on my new one, I'm down to 75% after 18 hours. What have you all been seeing on your battery drain? I shouldn't have to turn off all the features just to keep it working. I want to love this watch but the battery is becoming an issue.

My first one died within 18 hours and was very warm... so I exchanged it for a new one. On the one I currently have my battery has been going down at a rate of about 16-17% per day...I should be making it to about 6 days. Although, thats with all day sync off, notifications off at night, always connected off, keep alive widget off, the original fitbit clock face, and very minimal usage. I check my notifications when I get them. Check the time often between an eight-nine hour frame. Periodically check hr/steps/cals. Again, very minimal usage.

Mine's down to 10% after 5 days. Battery's great but syncing issues prevent my Versa from being functional.

@Jujube289 10% after 5 days? How did you accomplish that? On my second watch and both have been down 10% in like a few hours. My battery has been awful on both so far. My old Samsung Gear 2 had better battery life.
EDIT - I just realized you meant it is down TO 10% after 5 days. Still, that is really impressive.

Yes, the battery life is amazing during the first week when it worked flawlessly. With all the syncing issues, I don't feel very lucky.

I can't get the battery to work at all. I feel like I've tried a ton of different methods but the drain is pretty fast. I'm not having any sync issues though.

I’m down to 64% after two days, and that’s with an hour long gym session yesterday and a half an hour connected gps run today. All day sync is on, always connected is on, notifications are only on for 5 apps + texts and calls. I have a Fitbit clock face (stats) and I have music stored. I’m very happy with the battery 🙂

@calumthomas What kind of phone do you have? How are you charging it (computer, USB plug)? Does anyone think those could have something to do with my issues? I have a Pixel 2 XL and am charging through an Insignia usb wall plug.

I have a iPhone X, and I use an anker smart usb hub with power delivery. The last 1% takes about as long as the previous 10 so you have to be patient but, drainage isn’t an issue for me 😊

@pif130 I have the same problem. I removed a lot of features and the battery barely lasts 48 hours. Fitbit propose an Exchange by sending my watch to the Netherlands by parcel. Have you traded your the same way?
I love this brand and this watch but I am so disappointed !

I'm averaging about 1% use an hour, so that's right on track for four days from a full charge. Other than keeping all day sync turned off (I don't want to ruin my phone battery life either), I haven't taken a lot of other steps to reduce battery usage — though I do put the screen on dim at bedtime (I use Normal setting the rest of the time).

@SoTh They offered me the option to return and get a new one. What I didn't like about that option was that I had to return mine first and then wait for them to ship me another one. That means like 2 weeks without a watch. I didn't understand why they couldn't send me a new one, with a return label, and then I'd ship the broken one back. I mean, I bought it through them in the first place so they had my paypal info. So instead, I returned mine for a full refund and I bought a new one at BestBuy.
I'm trying some new things today. I restarted my watch, changed a few settings and a new plug for the charger. I'm going to see if that helps at all. The charger I had it plugged into before wasn't UL rated so maybe that had something to do with it.
I love Fitbit too and this watch is what I was waiting for from them. I really hope that it can get it together.

Thank you @dianewordsmith. I've changed it to dim for all the time use and am keeping all day sync off as well. I don't want to turn notifications off so I'm keeping those on. I hope I can make it work.
