My Versa doesn't sync accurately

My Versa device shows I have 8 hours of getting my 250 steps, but it isn't accurate on my app. This has happened more thsn once now. Any ideas?

@MarcieS welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit app since it doesn't show the same hours of getting your 250 steps as your Versa itself tracks.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. It the app is up to date, restart your phone, open the Fitbit app, log in. Finally, restart your Versa as described in this help article, after this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
