I have had fitbit for years... since 2015. I got a Versa for Christmas and have never been so frustrated in my life. It won't pair... it won't sync. I worked all day to get it to even recognize the device yesterday but I can't change faces... I can't get into any of the apps.. it hasn't synced. It is basically a $200 standard watch at this point. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and deleted and set up a brand new account and unpaired every other device in my household. I have checked for updates and turned everything off and turned everything back on.,.. Still nothing. I have tried absolutely everything that I can find to try. I am most likely going to send this hunk back and go with another brand because I can't even email anyone for help. ( I tired calling, held for 20 mins.) Not doing that again. Anyone have any other final suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem?

You might want to just wait at this point. Many are having issues with the new firmware. Mine was "better" before the update, but now doesn't want to sync with my Galaxy S7. Oddly, it works with my older S5 though. Not sure what I'm going to do besides wait a bit while it's still returnable.

I also got mine yesterday and can’t sync my headphones to it. very frustrating
