Only had this Versa 24 hours & it's been tracking thousands of phantom steps & congratulating me on meeting goals I never set up. I can't set up a watch face with my own pic. I can't answer phone calls. A few text message notifications alert me but most don't. I try using the app to try to fix some of these issues & it's constantly got a menu prompt popping up saying my phone can't connect to Versa. I click ok & prompt goes away but returns seconds later. I can't do anything with the app doing this. I hope Amazon didn't send me a re-furbed disguised as new. Samsung Gear Fit 2 was amazing & I had zero issues with it. FitBit Versa I'm ready to trash this piece of junk.

Sounds to me you got a bad watch. I am new to the Versa, but I just received one earlier this week, purchased through Amazon, and it is working just fine. I would consider contacting Amazon for a return/replacement.
