Since Yesterday's update, my watch keeps restarting, and has a hard time reading my pulse meanwhile.
This issue happened for about an hour yesterday (I was trying to close it myself, and it would restart before I had the chance to). Then it was miraculously fixed.
However, it started again a few hours ago and it won't stop. It drained my battery from 60% to nearly 0% in two hours and keeps doing so even on the charger.
I am about to call customer service. It's not normal that I am having issues with a watch after barely 6 months!

Hi @GenBou, I think you're on the right track calling Customer Assistance. You are right, that is not normal behavior. Were they able to help you fix it and would you be willing to share with us what worked?
