My Versa shows a clock face error

I've had my clock face disappear from my watch and give me a "clock face error" message ... what's up with that?  Whatever the problem is, my issue is downloading new clockfaces ... i choose one and the search bar goes endlessly back and forth, occasionally interposing a note that i should make sure my device is powered on and nearby. Well, duh. IT IS ON and it is six inches away. All devices have bluetooth functioning. When I say the search bar goes back and forth "endlessly" - I have given up after an hour or so and just shut down - come back the next day and go into the clock face gallery and, guess what - it's STILL SEARCHING!  I am getting tired of this. I would like to know how do I convince the app that my device is ON (don't say reboot, I've tried that - doesn't work) and should darn well be close enough to find a connection. Next time I receive a blank face along with a "clock face error" message (it's happened twice now) - OR whenever I darned well want to load a new face for my watch, it would be nice for the things to work the way they're supposed to.

OH and before anyone responds complaining that a link that I INSERTED to my post gave them trouble, be aware that those links pop up spontaneously and at random - I DID NOT INSERT ANY LINKS -- YOU try posting something - anything - and see if something doesn't turn blue and underlined so some idiot will click on it. Don't blame me.

Hi, this is what you wrote: "All devices have bluetooth functioning". What do you exactly mean by that cause id other devices than your mobile device and the Versa are in the vicinity of your devices, that is able to give these problems. You have to either place other BT devices way out of reach or turn off BT of rthese devices. Please, let me know if I understood you well or not!
