My Versa stopped syncing and charging

My Fitbit all of a sudden stopped working. Also it won’t sync it charge

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

It seems like your Versa 2 has run out of battery, that would explain why it isn't syncing. With that being said, please follow the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If the syncing issues persist after following the above, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
