I have had my Versa for 2 years now and all of a sudden it completely stopped working. It won’t charge and it won’t even turn on. I have tried to clean the back of it and tried charging it again and still no luck what can I do to fix this problem

Same here! I just went to go grab mine off the charger and the screen is black. There are no lights on in the back where the HR sensor is. Pressing the buttons does nothing.

Mine too! As I am reading thru these...it just buzzed and everything came back on! Very strange!

My screen wouldn’t work this morning, then it had low battery then all of a sudden died. I charged it and the screen wouldn’t turn on but the app showed it did sync and has full charge. Now won’t even charge or turn on.

I‘m having similar issues, the screen is black but still has some light and the versa keeps buzzing sometimes, then seems to try and restart and then the screen goes back to black. Just charged it this morning, so not a battery issue. It still shows up as connected and synched to my phone.
So weird and frustrating!

Just tried to turn it on again, finally did but screen is still dark/blank with a little light. I did change clock face to a Fitbit one and that didn’t help.
