My Versa will not turn on

I went to bed last night and everything was working. This morning I woke up and it was off, I tried charging it and turning it back on. I tried pressing and holding the buttons to get it to turn on it

and the screen will light up black but will not display the screens.

@Braunsie This sounds like a software issue to me. Before contacting Customer Support, let's try a few things:

  1. Please clean the charging port with some alcohol and plug your tracker to USB port of your computer for several hours
  2. Attempt a regular reboot several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears. If this does not help, please attempt a 3-button factory reset as described below:

3-button factory reset:

  1. Press and hold all 3 buttons until Fitbit logo appears (this usually takes 15 seconds but may take up to 3-6 minutes)
  2. Release the bottom right button
  3. Wait until you feel strong vibration and release the other buttons.

You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.

If you're not successful with the reset, you may need to reach out to Customer Support.

I have tried charging it from 8:50-1:30 and I attempted the regular reset
and the factory reset multiple times with different hold times. It will not
vibrate and the start screen will not appear. I suppose there is a slight
improvement that the screen will get lighter with lines across the screen
when attempting the reset and goes straight back to a black screen.

Should I try leaving it on the charger longer? When I went to bed last
night it was at 40% and that is when it stopped working.
