My caller ID stopped working

My caller ID stopped working after my phone did an update. How can I get it back working. Right now it just says phone when someone calls.

Hi, on your phone, press the "call" icon. After having doing that, press on top of the screen on the right side the tree dots and scroll down to settings. Then go to Calls, scroll down to the bootom of the screen untill you see Extra Adcanced settings, or the like, and press that. Wait for a few secs couse your phone is seeking for these settings. Once it is finished, you will see on top of the screen Caller- ID and see if it's enabled or not. If not, enable it, and you will get it back working.
