My experience with Versa 2 and Customer Service

My versa 2 stopped working blank face .Called customer service tried to fix no luck Watch out of warranty.Fit bit offered me a 35%discount.What a joke that is .No discount for Canadian customers.Only on .com.There is an issue with these watches paid 300 Canadian for this watch 2 years ago .I have casios /Timex lasted 20 years or more ..Fess up fit bit admit these are defective.Send me a new watch ..do the right thing keep customers because you are losing lots up here and all over the world ..

Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Since your device was out of the warranty period, and therefore was not eligible for repair or replacement, we wanted to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.

Thanks for response however I have moved on from Fitbit.I have purchased another product from a different company and am quite happy good warranty without

 

extra money.. something Fitbit needs to learn from.
