My versa would not sync or connect to my app so I ran through all the things, restarting phones and fitbits, disconnecting from app, forgetting it on bluetooth, reinstalling app, when none of that worked I contacted fitbit support who had me factory reset the fitbit, low and behold the fitbit would still not connect and now my versa is just a piece of metal because without the app it cannot set up a software.
To make matters worse fitbit then says well you are outside of your year warranty so we cannot replace it. My year warranty was up 3 months ago. They offered me 25% off after they deemed my device defective and said that is all they could do. So after you broke my fitbit to the point I cannot use it at all you offer 25% off so I can go buy another one? No thanks, I will go to Apple, this is my 4th or 5th fitbit and none have lasted much longer then a year, in fact they all seem to just happen to break right after my warranty is up so I have to buy a new one.
