My fitbit versa is not responding

Hi,

I really need help. My fitbit versa was running perfectly fine till yesterday morning. But somehow it got disconnected from app.

I followed all the instructiins and tried to pair ot with app again. No luck.

I uninstalled the app and installed the app again but no luck

I did factory reset of the watch than it asked me to pair and enter the code since i have added code it is stick on obe screen.

It is not responding to anything . Not even getting restart.

I have attached the current screen display not sure what to do now

Unfortunately the photo did not work. What is the screen displaying? What phone are you using?

and screen is displaying in this way.

It is displaying only dots.

up down triangle combined and blue colour dots.

It is like square tilted and showing dots.
