My new Versa

I got my new Versa 4 days ago and I have been trying to get the updates so it will download on my on to my IPhone 8 and it will not load. I am so disappointed. I have even gone Verizon and they couldn’t even get it to finish. I have even deleted it off my phone and put it back on my phone. Still no luck. I suppose I will have to return it if I can’t get any answer and solutions. Please help. Thanks
