My second Versa 2 doesn't turn on

My second Fitbit versa 2 died yesterday. This was the second replacement pebble that died  within 6 months. The first died after 6 months too. I’m not satisfied with the guarantee policy Fitbit is offering. Anymore users with problems?

In my opinion the warranty policy of Fitbit is dramatically. The first brandnew pebble that crashed within 6 months was replaced by a refurbished one which crashed after not even 9 months. I’m using Fitbit since 2014, not one of the different devices survived for two years. I’m really careful and take good care of my things.
In the support I was offered replacement or 50% discount. I choose the replacement option for I never want to invest any money in Fitbit again…for me it is fit**ahem**

they want me to return for a replacement but am I really getting a new one or a refurbished that I will have another problem with?  This is ridiculous. Mine only last 2-3 months before it just dies suddenly!

I’m afraid you will receive a refurbished one, as mentioned in the warranty policy.

Then I’m surprised  and even more disappointed in the Fitbit service because my first versa 2 died within 5 or 6 months and was replaced by a refurbished pebble.

in my opinion the service provided by Fitbit was much better years ago.
