My sleep log is incorrect

My sleep log is malfunctioning since 2 weeks ago. It detects wrongly, always showing I’m asleep even though it’s day time when I’m at work. I’d tried restart many times n update my iOS as suggested. Yet the problem still the same. Pls help. Should I send for repair?

Hi @TinaNew. Welcome to the Community. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the restart tried prior posting. You did a good job and let me help you out. As you may know, your Versa will auto-detect using a combination of your movement and heart-rate patterns. When you haven’t moved for about an hour (three hours for sleep stages), your watch will assume that you’re asleep.

That said, please verify if your watch is recording your heart rate readings accurately, make sure you're wearing it as advised in this help article and adjust the sensitivity settings:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile image.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Advanced Settings.
  3. Find Sleep Sensitivity and make sure it's set to Normal.
  4. Tap on Today and sync your Versa.

Please monitor its behavior and let me know how it goes.
