My versa 2 screen does not work at all !

Hello all, i have a versa 2 fitbit watch, bougth it in january 2020 and a month a ago it started to freeze for multiple times being unresponsive at all.... and now i am facing a clock face only, and the watch is not responding to any move on the screen , completely frozen...

if i press the left button, i get the quick access menu but I cannot choose anything because the screen is unresponsive at all...but the worst is that now the button is starting to work some times and others no , when im trying to see the screen...

i am so disappointed, i can not choose my exercise, i can not use it any  way...

 

its  now useless and i am extremely upset this happened to me after just 3 months of buying 😞

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I tried restarting several times and still not responding😣
