I just purchased a new Versa2 a few hours ago. At the store I pulled it out of the box I press the button in the device turned on and told me I need to turn on my Fitbit app. I already owned a versa 2 prior to this one. I waited until I got home to use my Wi-Fi and now the versa will not respond I will not turn on even after placing it on the charger.

Have you setup and attached the Versa 2 to your fitbit account?
