So I got this versa as a Christmas gift and i love it ! I use a iPhone X and it worked fine up intill last night.
It stopped Sync up
ive reset my phone and the versa and I even did a factory reset.. my head hurts.
turned it off and on...
now it won’t even register to anything.
Help please..

Hi, a Factory Reset does just what it says: putting your Versa back to the settings when it still is the factory and never been sold. You have to setup your Versa all over again. Go to the Fitbit app, press add device and choose Versa. If the "old" is still present in the Fitbit app, it will ask you if this one has to be replaced and click yes and continue the setup. Maybe this will solve your syncing problem. Good luck!
