Versa screen won't come on

Hello all. I bought this Versa barely 2 months ago! Since buying it stopped syncing, I solved that problem and now these another... So, my battery ran down and I put it on charge over night. It's been days now and I can't get the screen to come on. It vibrates every now and then and there is only one green light that light up on the back. This is so annoying!

Hi @EmmaBahamas - That is definitely annoying! I'd suggest doing a restart. Please follow the directions in the help article below:

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Were you able to turn on your watch by following the restart process?

Hello! Unfortunately nothing that I have tried have worked and it is very frustrating to say the least!

I had to get a replacement for mines after trying all the suggestions.  They were very helpful and the replacement came quickly! The nee one works like a dream!
