My versa is Over counting steps.

I've had my versa a week or 2 now and I've noticed that on average it will log 2 steps for every 1 step I actually take. Stride length is set to gps auto and if I change it to manual it input it shows my correct stride length yet still logs 2 steps for every 1. Kind of wish I'd done my homework on the versa a bit more it appears they aren't the most accurate! Please suggest a fix!

@Dominicdubs Try changing the Wrist Placement setting for your Versa to Dominant (within Fitbit mobile app). Sync. You can also reboot your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes.
