My Fitbit Versa is not keeping track of anything anymore what can I do about it I have only had it a year if that long

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

 

Help article: How do I restart my tracker?

 

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.

 

If that doesn't help then your best option would be to contact customer support. If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
