Why does my versa keep pausing while I’m on a run

Thank you for your question about why your Fitbit Versa is pausing while you're on a run. Please check out if your auto pause settings are enable. You can go online to Fitbit.com > Account Settings > Devices > Auto Pause:

If there is no check mark, please enable the auto pause, sync your Versa, disable it and finally sync.

 

You can also perform a restart to your watch by following these steps.
