My versa lite

Versa lite  now will not swipe at all I've been having trouble getting it to sync sleep water food I've called a couple of times and done what they have asked so now it will not swipe at all  please help I'm starting to get very frustrated these devices are not cheap I really just want this fixed any way possible Thank you!!!!! Janet

Hi @Steelers1120, have you restarted it by pressing down on the button?  It's on the left hand side of the watch.

I finally called ,the lady I spoke with was very helpful  and my versa lite is getting replaced .Thank you Fitbit
