My versa not holding a charge

I have done everything it says.  I do not have apps running.  I charged it all night to 100%.  Yesterday morning it was charged to 100%.  I put it on and it went down to 99% immediately.  When I went to bed last night it was at 80%.  I turned it off and this morning it was at 77% now it is at 67%.  Please help.

Are you using a 3rd party watch face? Also if you haven't done so, try restarting the Versa. You can do this by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs.

 

Other then that, it would seem you only option is to contact customer support.
