Fitbit versa waste of money

So disappointed with the Fitbit versa. Paid £200 for from ASOS probably about a month ago now. First couple of days brilliant and then on the 4th day all of a sudden the clock face wouldn’t light up when I raised my wrist and it was seriously under counting steps, maybe counting 10% of my steps at most.  Looked at a few forums and saw it was a common problem, none of the solutions worked but I tried changing clock face which seemed to work and for the next couple of weeks it was fine and then last week it happened again.  Went a whole day then started working again then another day not working and then the time it wasn’t working got longer and longer to the point it was working ok intermittently for an hour or so at a time at most.  Now I’m at a point where it hasn’t worked at all for 2-3 days.  Not counting any steps at all.  The main reason i bought this watch was for step counting so its been a complete waste of money and a total disappointment.  Emailed ASOS last week and they advised it’s been passed onto a specialist team but heard nothing since.

I know you said that you bought it from ASOS, but you may have more success contacting Fitbit customer support directly.
