My Versa screen blanked out and based on suggestions from community I tried doing factory reset. No logo came up at all while 3 buttons. I tried multiple times with no luck. In fact, now the versa is dead and does not restart too. My phone app cannot find it too anymore

@Mamtahv Does it react at all when you plug it for charging? You can try wiping the contacts of Versa to clean them and try charging again, but I'm afraid this might be a hardware issue. You might have to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps.
