Fitbit Versa 2 locked and before realising I had to unlock with phone, I unpaired device.
Now cannot get access to resetting the pin to allow me access to fitbit.
I need an option of a factory reset with buttons please.

Here is it.
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears:
Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Hey Rich. Did this but now get a big x. Saying data not cleared, please sync and try again.
Cannot sync as I cannot get the 4 digits on screen.
I also cannot now reset any further.
Any further help, would be appreciated.

Doing a search of the term Data not cleared seems to get 1 of 2 answers.
One answer is to setup the tracker as a new device
The other is to try the factory reset again
The third is to contact Fitbit
