Versa only has 2 settings for the heart rate sensor. On and off.

I'm wondering, after replying to a question on a heart rate sensor problem, if the on setting serves as an automatic setting or is it simply constantly 'on'?

Need an official answer since i can't find any clues on this issue.

Thank you.

Im not giving an 'official' Fitbit answer, but On is Auto. Once you remove the watch the green light should stop flickering within a few seconds. Csn you tell us what problem you are having?

Thanks for the reply. Having an issue of short battery life(1st issue), has been the 2nd replacement copy. And heart beat sensor is wonky(2nd issue). And sleep tracking isn't working well(3rd issue). Compared it to my blaze which worked(HR was 70-80 for blaze when versa was 90-100 when i was just standing and didn't do anything strenuous). Sleep tracking also worked fine for me on my blaze, but with versa, it states that i only slpt 3hrs and no slp stages only the simplified version. Appreciate any help received thank you.
