How are you charging it?
See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
I had a Garmin and had nothing but problems. Was a pain to sync it.
So best of luck to you!

Best AnswerUnfortunately I can only use a wall charger but haven’t been told by Fitbit that I can’t do this. Even this only applies to my last 2 watches. The first 2 were the surge which had a fault with the strap coming away from the screen. I’ve spoke to a few people with Garmin watches and they have all had theirs about 3yrs with no issues, I’m barely getting a yr with whatever Fitbit watch I have. After I get my replacement it will be 5 watches in 3.5 yrs. Shocking quality!!
