After spending (besides money on the Versa 2) the message I get reads "network operation failed". Before this message what I received in the afternoon was "device not paired" and also yesterday and today, at times, apps down for manteinance". So, where does that leave us?

Has there been any resolution with this problem? I contacted Customer Support almost a month ago, and have not received a response.
Looking forward to actually using my Versa to track my progress...
