I updated the app and switched to the new layout on the 15th August and ever since then my fitbit versa will no longer sync to my phone. I have tried all the troubleshooting including restart fitbit, Bluetooth on and off, delete and reinstall app.
Please can someone let me know when an update will be released to fix this or how I can fix this issue as I haven't been able to use my fitbit for nearly 10 days!

Hi @Versa1234567890 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices list?
Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Art8cle on syncing problems

OK, I think that is what has gone wrong. The P20 is not on the Supported Devices List. Unsupported phones can work fine, but if something goes wrong with the connection - usually caused by an update to phone or tracker - then no one is working towards getting the connection repaired. All you can do is go through all the suggestions in the article I linked above and hope something works for you.

Thanks! I spoke to fitbit and they said the same. A bit stupid to release the update without checking it works on all phones and not telling me it wouldn't and then I can't go back to the app that did work so now I'm stuck with a fitbit that doesn't work

I still can't use my fitbit and now it's on a go slow and takes 10 seconds just to light up when I press any button. I am not impressed

Hi again. Try restarting it several times and see if that improves the wake up time. If it is still really slow then contact Support again.
