The watch does not have a clock face app that I can save up to five clock faces as the users manual explains. I can only choose a clock face from the app on my phone.

Hi @SunsetRunner , first of all it's important to have the latest Firmware Version on your Versa, otherwise you will not have the Clock's app on your Versa. If you're sure you have the latest version, go to the apps section within your Fitbit app and press it. First of all see whether Clocks is in your My apps section. If not, go to All Apps - search for "Clocks" within this section and, when found, it will show on top of the list and choose to install it, Erik

Hey, I'm having the same issue and looking for some help.
My versa lite is updated to the latest firmware and my fitbit app on my phone is updated.
I still don't have the option to save watch faces on the fitbit app and I do not have the clock faces app on my versa lite. I checked the fitbit app store and searched "clocks" and the clock faces app did not show up in there.
The fitbit online chat was not helpful at all, either.

I just got a replacement and I’m having the same issue. It’s very frustrating

I had this same issue after having deleted apps working with the support team regarding my original Versa not swiping anymore. I received my replacement and got it set up, but the Clocks app was gone and I couldn’t find it in the store. To fix it I restored my new Versa to factory settings, logged out of the Fitbit app and deleted it off my phone. Then I reinstalled the Fitbit app, logged in, and ran set up for a new device again. With doing that the Clocks app reappeared in my apps and on the Versa. Hope this helps.

yeah, scorpioaj, your method worked. I was replacing my old versa lite whose HRM died on me within the warranty period. I got the replacement and just set it up to replace and it didn't have the Clocks app. It also wouldn't allow me to install a few other apps like the spotify one and some of the clock faces had the message that I had to make sure I had to have the 'latest' version of the firmware. I couldn't get the smartwatch to update. So I took your suggestion
1. Logged out
2. Uninstalled app on phone
3. Factory reset Smartwatch
4. Reinstalled everything and signed in again...
3 hours laterrrrrrrrrr ... it finally finished setup WITH the clocks app and the spotify app etc...and this is over a connection where I can download 4GB in like 20 mins or so.
Fitbit, this is frustrating.
