Hi, uninstall the app then reinstall it and restart your Versa.
Try re-pairing your phone to your versa.

@Lezourez there is no such thing as a re-pair process a user can do.
@EFGM1950 I dont know what is ment by synchronization at 0%
Before your Versa Lite can be used it needs to be setup to your Fitbit account. Has this setup been done?

Of course there's an unpair or you may prefer to refer to it as getting the phone to forget the device then you add the Versa, etc as a new device.
