My Fitbit started acting funny about a month ago saying I ran 11 miles when I ran 14 miles. I eventually reset it and now it won’t connect with my watch. I have done everything the suggestions says. I bought my versa in December. I’d like to get it repaired but can’t find an address to send it to.
Help!

Hello @Runergrl when you say it won't connect to your watch, what is it that won't connect? Your telling us the Versa won't connect to the Versa.
Is your Versa connected to your Fitbit account?
Did you do a factory reset or a simple restart?
I also moved your Versa question out of the Blaze forum.

If you only had your watch for a couple of months, it is under warranty. Be sure that your watch is connected to an accepted devise. If so, contact the help desk. They will give you some suggestions. If you still have trouble, tell them you want a replacement watch. According to the warranty, you can get a replacement Versa within a year of purchase or you could purchase another fitbit for half price. Your new watch is covered for the remainder of the warranty. I just got my replacement yesterday. They only send the face. You must connect your straps and use your cradle.

One more idea. Check the store where you bought it. Since it's only a month old, you might be able to get a refund or an exchange there.
