Hello! I unboxed a Versa 2 today and it is on version 35.70.714. There is no option for me to update the device or the app. My Google Pro 6 is fully up-to-date. My location is set to the United States.
- I am unable to use the Sp02 clock face, potentially due to this. It says it is not available.
- My swipe up to Fitbit Today only shows me my steps, my steps this hour, and my heart rate.
- no find my phone feature
- settings are missing the active zone minutes reminders to hit weekly goal
I had a Versa 2 prior to this (broken screen, this is my replacement) that is currently version 35.72.1.15. I spoke with someone over chat who advised it can take a few days out of box for it to update....? That doesn't make sense to me. Has anyone else had problems with their new out of box Fitbit NOT updating?

A bit of patience, grasshopper. You don't get the update immediately. You will get it within a few days. It will be obvious on your phone app and tell you what to do. Your assumption that support chat was lying to you is not correct.

I never said anything about them lying to me. When you purchase electronics, you're generally able to up to update it right away. I didn't expect my smart watch to be any different especially considering these are advertised features and not extras.
