Hello! I have a new Versa 2 and cannot add any apps. I've read through threads on here and watched videos but no luck.
When I open the app, click on profile, go to Versa 2 - I see Alexa, Gallery, Media, Wallter and How to Use. Apps is not an option. If I click on Gallery, and click on the "+" button under my clocks, it will take me to the clock apps, but for every app, the install button is grayed out.
I updated the FitBit and my iPhone this morning so that isn't an issue. Any suggestions?

Under Gallery, at top should be 3 tabs, Versa 2, Clocks, Apps. If don't see Apps tab, might have to wait few days for firmware update. With new watch, usually get firmware update within few days to get up to latest version. Shipped watch is probably original version without updates - they will be coming in few days.

It would help if Fitbit would provide that tidbit with all but most current sales.
