New Versa 2 won't update

Hi guys!

 

    i just unwrapped my new Versa 2 yesterday (after having a horrible experience with the Sense!) and the Active Zone minutes are not showing. The app went back to the old active minutes and the version of the watch's firmware seems to be old (70.7.14). Does anybody know how I can update it? I've restarted it, reinstalled the app, removed all other watches from my phone (iPhone) and now it's charging but it does not seem to be doing the trick.

Hello @Patpelletier99 and welcome to the Community.  Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  Zone minutes were added in a firmware update.  Fitbit is constantly sending out firmware updates to eligible devices.  You got in line when you added your Versa 2 to your account.  You should get updates in 24-48 hours.
