Just brought my Versa and very frustrated as Fitbit still isn’t replying to me and it won’t sync up... someone help apparently this is a big issue and everyone is having troubles?

Have you had a chance to look at this article? It outlines common issues people experience during the setup process.
If you haven't done so already, you should probably download the Fitbit app or make sure that you have the current version. Here are the links to the app:

Thank you for the help! Yes I have been through all these steps multiple times it appears to be an issue for many people not just myself so hopefully it will be sorted.

I am having issues syncing mine as well it was fine a few days now having issues only had it about a week

Mine doesn’t sync most of the time and I’m so frustrated - was so glad to get the Versa now I’m ready to give up and go back to the flex 2 at least it worked

Any news ? My new Versa does only sporadically partially sync. I have tried everything suggested so far but had no luck.
