I am trying to set up my Versa and when I input the PIN code, this is the error I am getting. I've tried with different phones, different networks, waiting 48 hours between changing devices and am out of ideas. I bought the fitbit from a reseller, so there are no warranty options as far as getting an exchange. Besides asking for a refund, are there any other install options I should try? Please help. Here is a screenshot of the error message:

@Marrrmaduke, that worked! Thank you! It seems the trick was being on the LTE network and not on wifi.

@DallasAg00 do you have your versa currently linked with your account and just trying to pair with other device, or is it a brand new setup? Is the tracker brand new out of the sealed box or has it been used previously (i.e. linked and deleted from someone else's account)? Error 500 is a Fitbit server error. It's not the tracker itself. I would suggest re-installing Fitbit mobile app and attempting to pair on LTE network.
