I upgraded my Fitbit to a versa today, so already had the app etc set up on my iPhone X. I followed all the instructions for set up, but as soon as I take it off it’s charger(it’s fully charged), the Bluetooth drops out and it won’t work. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting tips like restarting my phone, turning blue tooth off and on, restarting my Fitbit etc. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I’ve got a feeling this happened when I originally set up my charge HR, but it was so many years ago I can’t remember the simple fix! Help please 🙂
