New Versa won't set up

I have searched the help forum and tried to fix this on my own. My fitbit keeps dropping my internet and won't connect to my bluetooth (500 error). The ONLY solution I have seen is to "get a new fitbit". Is this really the only solution? I got this through a health promotion at work...so returning it is not exactly easy.

Hey @ALEXG93, welcome to the Fitbit forums! This error appears when you delete your original account and are now trying to pair a new Fitbit device, but don't you worry, this might get fixed by following the troubleshooting in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? If the issue is not fixed, let me know and I will continue assisting you.
