Unable to set up my new Versa. I'm using an Android phone. When I click on Set up a device I select Add a new Device, I clicked on the Versa, and then set up your Fitbit Versa and I get nothing...…. It goes back to the screen where I selected set up a new device.
Best AnswerWhat Android phone are you using? It may not be compatable with fitbits.
