Hi

Ive just got my new fitbit versa but it is not warking... should i charge it before using it? Nothing appeare on tye screen at all i tried to push buttons also nothing happened

I need help

Hi, in order to get your new Versa to get working, you will need to set it up with your phone. Put the Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC. Go to your phone and install the Fitbit app. After installing that, press "open it" and press "ADD NEW DEVICE" and choose Versa. See this article for further information: Setting up your Fitbit Device. Press the link and after that press "Trackers and Watches" abd choose Versa. Hope this helps.
