Hi, do you mean the stats on your display itself or the Today stats when you swipe up? All in all, these are two ways to solve this problem:
1. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC and let it stay there for a while and it will be solved by itself. Be sure to have the Wifi settings to be on.
2. Go to your Fitbit app, go to apps - my apps - there you will see the Today app. Press on it and when it tells you that it needs an update, perform that. After that restart your Mobile device. Good luck.

@Dianabmat If I understood correctly you're talking about clockface and not Today app on Versa (the one that can be accessed by swiping up on the main screen)? If that's the case, you must be using a 3rd party clockface that is not compatible with your Versa's current firmware. The clockface needs to be updated. To resolve the issue immediately, please change the clockface, preferably to one of the Fitbit originals. If you really like your current clockface, you can contact its developer using Contact Link available on the clockface page in your Fitbit mobile app. Hope that helps. Happy holidays!

Hi Marrrmaduke, for what it's worth: of course you are right that if a Third party clock face is not working, the best way is to contact the developer with the problem, but my personal experience is that this mostly does not work. Contacted myself several developers of these Third Party Clock faces, but only got an answer from one of them without no results at all, even after three months. Nothing changed at all. Just my 2 cents.

@Dianabmat I'm afraid your message didn't get through. Could you try again? 😊
@SunsetRunner My experiences are different. Several developers I contacted were very responsive and cooperative. But it's neither here nor there. Trying doesn't hurt or cost anything, IMHO.

Nope. My message is as clear as it is. We do not have to agree about this. Regarding this: "Trying doesn't hurt or cost anything, IMHO", you're absolutely right, I just wanted to share my experiences.
