I just bought a versa 2 and got it yesterday. It gave me a blank face so decided to charge it. It's been 6 hours and other than the logo, nothing shows up when I try to connect it or use it. Am I missing something? I tried holding down the button for 10 seconds like I saw in other posts but it's not working.
