New versa updating

I got my versa yesterday and it has been updating since noon yesterday, so about 16 hrs. Why? Am I doing something wrong. I have tried to delete app and factory reset versa and still just updating. I would like to be able to use my watch.

Clearly, the process is stuck. Waiting more won't help. 

Try to reset the watch (how to are on the forum) and see if you can run the update successfully. 

Hopefully, the "halfway" update didn't damage your device and you don't need to replace it.
